Jul 30, Deborah J Miles rated it liked it Shelves: I bought this along with Gillian McKeith’s ‘You are what you eat’ book when I wanted to change the family diet and start to eat a little more healthily.

The recipes were not that revolutionary, so I closed it and returned it to the library. Jun 24, Sara Branmore rated it villian liked it Shelves: My version is just a smaller paperback, no color photos or anything, but it’s what’s in the recipes that count I guess.
I still make her cauliflower mash and I add quinoa and millet!
