So if we know the functioning of our body and its calorie burning capacity plus if we keep little knowledge of the food that we eat i think we all can manage well to continue walking on the path of health conscious eating.

However, this book really isn’t worth it.
This book only tells you to love your food and moreover love your body and most importantly trust your body. Most books just say what to eat and what to avoid.
